What is StordAI?
StordAI is Stord's AI platform that embeds intelligence across the commerce stack, powering customer-facing tools like Chat and Search, internal ML models for demand planning and delivery estimation, and operational automation that helps brands move faster and see more clearly.
What data does StordAI use?
StordAI processes your organization's data to develop highly personalized and valuable responses. Each chat session is stored in a dedicated server instance designed to isolate it from other sessions. Chats are stored for the duration of the conversation until deleted.
Is my data used to train AI models?
StordAI does not currently use your data to train or fine-tune AI models.
How accurate is StordAI?
Stord AI is a beta feature. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Stord does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.
What actions can StordAI take?
StordAI may suggest or prepare actions such as modifying orders, updating inventory, or communicating with carriers. These actions require your review and approval before execution.
Who reviews AI-suggested actions?
You are responsible for reviewing all suggested actions and assume all risk for any actions you approve.
Does StordAI replace human decision-making?
No. StordAI is designed to assist, not replace, human judgment. All AI-suggested actions require your review and approval before execution.
Can other customers see my data or receive the same responses?
No customer can see another customer's data. Because StordAI draws on similar underlying models, customers asking similar questions may receive similar general responses, but all responses that rely on your organization's data are specific to your account.
How do I report an issue with StordAI?
Your feedback helps us continuously improve StordAI Chat. You can use the thumbs up / thumbs down buttons directly inside the chat to rate any response. This is the fastest and most effective way to let us know what's working and what isn't.
How do I disable this feature?
In order to disable this feature please open a ticket with the support team and we'll make sure to disable the functionality for your organization.
